Customer Service:

– 10 Feet Rule: Say hello to every customer who comes close to you.
– Always be ready to learn new things.

Complaint Management:

– Solve customer problems quickly and follow the rules.
– If you can’t solve it, tell your boss and fix it fast.

Facilitation:

– Installation: Help customers set up their new stuff.
– Repair: Fix broken things customers bring in.
– Returns, Exchanges, and Product Assistance: Help customers return or exchange things they bought.
– Work with the cashier to close sales.
– Talk to different people to make sure everything is getting fixed.

Service Assurance:

– Call customers who buy expensive things to make sure they’re happy.
– Keep customers updated about what’s happening with their stuff.
– Make sure you follow all the rules for fixing things.

Reporting:

– Daily: Write down what you did each day. Your boss will check it.
– Weekly: Have a meeting with your boss every week to talk about how things are going.

Hygiene Standards (Daily):

– Keep your desk clean.
– Make sure there’s water and cups for customers.
– Look neat.
– Come to work on time and listen to the daily meeting.
