Job Description; Vishal Mega Mart Fresher Candidate KRA

A fresher cashier at the Vishal retail store is required to perform the below duties. Once you join the store you may get an addition or reduction in below KRA’s.

• • Maintain a cheerful demeanor at all times.
  • Avoid arguments with customers.
  • Scan products using the Point of Sale (POS) system as the first step.
  • Assist store staff during sales peak hours.
  • Collect payments, whether in cash or credit.
  • Generate bills and payment receipts, ensuring compliance, and hand them over to the customer.
  • Count money back to the customer accurately and concisely.
  • Ensure the checkout areas are clean and organized.
  • Encourage customers to use UPI payment in the store.
  • Prioritize customer service and efficiency in all tasks.

Being a retail hypermarket store It has more than 10 hours of operational hours, so the staff is divided into shifts as per the business requirements.

The final timings of the job are shared via the reporting manager on a weekly, or monthly basis.
